Jake k. 6-14-24 No cool service call Upon arrival homeowner explained that system was cutting off Inspected the outdoor unit and found it in range voltage to power the system so the outdoor unit was in range and in working condition Went to inspect the indoor unit in the attic and found that the secondary pan was full of water and float switch was engaged recommended drain replacement. Customer went with recommendation. The line from the pan was clogged and we cleared that out and changed the float switch to the main drain and replaced the secondary pan line to the hot water tank closet to drain.
