20MAR2024 Jason Brown Arrived for blue club summer tune up on recently installed complete Carrier system. Spoke with homeowner about the systems performance. It’s working well, we’re happy with it. Homeowner showed me to the thermostat, furnace and ac. Cycled equipment into cool on. Inspected blower cabinet motor and evap coil. Found indoor equipment clean and functioning within manufacture specs. I then moved out to the AC. I washed the condenser coils with water, then checked all components. I reassembled the AC and restored power allowing the system to run. After 15 min of run time I checked the refrigerant charge and found it to look low. Indoor air is ~68 degrees outdoor ambient is ~70 degrees as well. Without a heat load it is normal for pressure to appear low. System is operating properly at this time. If you use the back spigot you will flood the kitchen. Sorry and thanks !!
