Jake k. I arrived for a previous customer no cool call. I inspected the system and found the condenser fan to be locked up. I made this aware to the homeowner and that I would have to get a OEM condenser fan motor on Monday. She will talk with her husband and see if they want to try and finance the repair. I let the homeowner know that after the system is running I will continue to check the system and that there could be other repairs at that time. Jake K. I replaced the condenser fan motor and checked the systems operation. The system is running fine electrically. At this time it started to rain and I was not able to get an accurate temperature on the refrigerant charge but the system looks to be okay at this time.
