25JUL2022 Jason B Arrived for no cool. Spoke with Ryan in IT about the systems performance, it’s not cooling. Checked mini-split system, found it low on 410a and shutting the compressor out on low pressure while indoor head unit circulates cool air from second system. With customer permission I performed a soap and nitrogen leak search. Pressure system up to 450 psi nitrogen. Losing .01 psi per minute. Tighten all flare fittings. Release nitrogen and pull vacuum vacuum won’t hold below 800. Spike with Ryan and we decided to get a senior tech out for an electronic leak search. Placing job on hold. Jake K. Jesse S. We arrived for a leak search on a mini split. We found the system to be on a vacuum from the last technician. This is a good sign that the leak is extremely small or he fixed it when he tightened all fittings. We pressured the system to 300 psi and checked the system with a electronic leak detector and soap bubbles and we did not find any leaks on the system at this time. Th
