Performed preventative maintenance on ac system. Inspected blower assembly, motor, electrical components, evaporator coil and overall condition of equipment in closet. Customer already changed the filters inside. Washed the condenser coil thoroughly. I inspected the condenser coil, fan motor, compressor, capacitor, contactor, and systems operation. Checked thermostat, amps, temperatures and pressures of condenser. System is cooling properly within manufactured specifications at this time.
