20MAR2024 Jason Brown Arrived for a silver club summer tune up service. Greeted homeowner at the door and inquired about the systems performance. It’s working well we’re just getting it tuned up. Cycled equipment at the thermostat, and disconnected power to the AC. After confirming there were no specific issues to address I washed the condenser coils. Opened the top and cleaned leaves out. After cleaning and reassembling the AC. I tested the capacitor, hardstart, and contactor. Which were all in good condition. I restored power to the equipment noting the start and run amps of motors, and checked the refrigerant charge. I found the charge low. Verified airflow across coil and blower wheel. Checked capacitor and amps of blower motor. Evaporator coil is freezing along lines with a saturation temperature around 12-17 degrees. I applied soap bubbles to all reachable u bends and piping. I found no leaks at this time. Spoke with homeowner about my findings, we decided to let it be as the out
