11-28-22 Came out today for a no heat call. Tenant stated that the heater wouldn’t work but it would blow air in the home. I checked the system over and found the unit wouldn’t start the sequence of turning the furnace on. Bypassed thermostat and also jumpered terminals at furnace and neither of those did anything. Troubleshooted the control board and found a failure. Control board needed to be replace due to internal fault. 11-29-22 Came back out to call with correct control board. Took out existing board and installed new one. Wired in existing wiring and thermostat wires. Cycled system on and double checked operation. System was operating properly after board replacement. Double checked all components to make sure system was functioning properly.
