Arrived at the customer’s home to provide a silver club maintenance, was greeted by her and pepper (the dog) and was shown where the thermostat and furnace were located. Customer has been using the heater and said it seemed to be working properly. While preforming the maintenance I checked all aspects of the furnace. I pulled and cleaned flame sensor, checked igniter for proper ohms and operation, checked all safeties, pressure switch, gas valve, electrical connections, blower assembly, induce draft motor, flue, gas piping, temperatures, and burner cabinet. Overall the system is working great with no repairs needed at this time. I do recommend getting surge protection installed on the system to protect the components of the furnace, motors, circuit boards.
