Jake K. I arrived for a blue club membership fall tune up. I spoke with the homeowner and found that the system has been running well and they have not hade any questions about the system. The homeowner first showed me where the air handler is located in the attic. I inspected the air handler and cycled the electrical heat on. I checked all three heat strips and found each heat strip to be running between 19.8 amps and 22.1 amps. All heat strips are running within the manufacturer limits of operation. I then checked the evaporator coil and found it to be clean and I checked the blower motor and found it to be running well but there is some biological growth starting to grow in the air handler. I then cycled the system to heat pump mode and checked the outdoor heat pump. I found the system to have come out of a defrost at his time. I bypassed the thermostat and ran the system is heat pump mode. I then found the amp draw on the condenser fan motor and compressor to be okay. I then checke
