Sam J - arrived to Blue club fall tune up on heat pump located in attic. Spoke with customer, she explained the system was operating well and didn’t have any complaints with cold spots in the house. Tested thermostat and began running system in heat. Began by leaving (3) 14X24 air filters with customer as they had recently replaced theirs. Inspected coil from return and it has no debris, very clean. Checked amp draw on heaters, which was 41A. Then cycled thermostat lower to allow for strips to de-energize and only use condenser for heat. Sequencers operating properly and cycling on demand as required. Condensing unit is lifted off the ground properly and is free of any dirt or surrounding debris. Forced reversing valve into cool mode and checked defrost cycle. Pressures and amperage within ranges. Spoke with customer and explained that the system is in great shape and operating very well. I set thermostat back to original set point and cleaned the area. System is op
