19JUL2023 Jason Brown Arrived for warranty repairs on recently installed condensate pump. Homeowner stated the pump never turns off. Inspected equipment found pan treatment stuck under pump float causing the pump to run continuously. Moved treatment and tested pump twice. Cleaned up work area. Pump is operating normally now.
