Came out to call to perform preventative maintenance on furnace. Discussed with customer about maintenance I would be providing today, filters, and any issues customer was having with the system. Customer stated that the filters need to be changed, and she knows the system is on its last leg, but wants to keep it running as long as possible. I changed out filters for customer that are supplied with service. Inspected the blower assembly, motor, capacitor, other electrical components in blower compartment, heat exchanger, burners, flame sensor, ignitor, gas valve, inducer motor, pressure switch, and overall condition of equipment. Cleaned flame sensor and dust off the burners and components. Checked thermostat operation, wiring amps, temperatures and gas pressure. Found a few issues during inspection. The blower assembly is heavily caked with dust, blower capacitor was reading 50% out of tolerance range and the inducer motor bearings are wearing down. Customer said she noticed the syste
