Blue shield AC maintenance. Joe(JC)R 06/05/2024 Performed full system evaluation and safety inspection. I arrived to perform the customer’s annual AC maintenance. The customer said that everything was working and didn’t have any questions for me. I then washed out the condenser then checked the furnace and evaporator coil. The coil was clean and in good shape. The furnace was running for the most part in good shape. However the blower motor capacitor was starting to go weak but other than that it was running well. The ductwork was in good shape. The condenser was in decent shape however the condenser capacitor was weak as well. The condenser was in good shape than that one part. I also changed the filters then talked with the customer about options for replacing the capacitors. I gave estimates for both regular capacitors and turbo capacitors. Other than that the system is running well at this time.
