Jake Kring. 02-21-25. I arrived for a tune up on a 19 year old furnace. I inspected the furnace and all electrical components as well as the heat exchanger and combustion readings. I found all readings to be within manufacture range. I did find the heat exchanger to have heat stress but no fractures or holes in the heat exchanger at this time. The furnace is running and heating as best as it can for he age and condition of the furnace.
