I arrived for a previous customer system replacement opportunity. I spoke with the homeowner and discussed the options on the systems and how we can help them with the position they are in with try to see if they want to replace the systems or keep the systems they have and see how much longer they will last. I bid to replace both systems before December 31st due to pricing increases in 2023. I will be following up with the homeowner on possibly replacing the systems. I also found both flues to have been broken and disconnected in the attic and made the homeowner as of this issue. I bid to repair both flue without the system replacement. If one system is replaced both flues will be repaired.
