24JUN2024 Jason Brown Arrived for new customer duct cleaning quote. Spoke with homeowner about the systems performance. Well it seems like it’s not moving as much air as it has. The condenser had a leak and we kept paying to have it filled. However last year we had the leak repaired. But when we run the system it starts to freeze. Inspected evap coil, blower motor, capacitor, and electrical connections at the furnace. Found the motor wired in high speed to cooling, with a 7.17 amp draw and capacitor within range. Inspected AC. Found system low on 410a @ 15psi and oil stains on condenser fins. Attached are repair and replacement estimates. Any repairs will not be guaranteed and will have no warranty. Homeowner is discussing options and will call once they decide.
