I arrived to a customer no heat. During inspection of the unit I found that the blower motor was not operational which was causing the furnace to kick into a lockout due to the overheating of the heat exchanger. I found the Molex plug to the motor module to have a loose connection. The customer has purchased a blue membership today and I performed the tuneupTightened up the loose connection and checked all amp draws voltages gas pressure resurfaced flame sensor and igniter is within manufacture specs both inducer and blower motor are camping properly blower motor is showing no signs of leaks blower wheel is fairly clean. I cycled the system several times with all operations being normal.
