I arrived for a silver member fall tune up on two systems. I inspected both systems and both humidifiers and found the pads on both humidifiers to be letting the water flow to fast causing half of the pads to not be saturated with water. I made this aware to the homeowner and we decided to replace both humidifier pads. The homeowner was in a business meeting online and I did not disturb him. We will need to call and collect for the humidifier pads.
