28NOV2022 Jason B Arrived for new customer no cool. Spoke with homeowner about their systems performance. It’s been running no stop after I tripped some breakers. Cycled system into heating at thermostat. System is running with thermostat in off position and no change when set to on position. Inspected ‘98 weather maker furnace. Cycled the system several times. Checked voltage and amps tested all safeties and components. I believe the relay is shorted and not allowing system to come on. Called carrier for parts but no answer and it is now after 5. Rescheduled with homeowner for tomorrow at 3pm need to bring compatible board for 58zav070-12 Pausing appt. for now. 11/29/2022 Taylor Pavey Arrived at the customers home to confirm Jason’s diagnosis of a bad control board on the carrier system and to get the part number off of the board for replacement.
