New customer, has 1 3 ton system and 1 4 ton system downstairs and 1 3 ton system upstairs. All are carrier. Spoke with homeowner, and they have had some issues with 410 downstairs and three turn ups are systems working. Told homeowner I would inspect systems to see whether or not they are working and what condition they’re in, and if a repair is needed that we would have to charge a service charge today, but if replacement is done through us, we can incorporate inspection and diagnostic wok with the estimate for replacement. Downstairs Horton system is completely out of refrigerant and compressor is on locked out. Evaporator coil shows signs and multiple and that a leak stop has been used in the system. Upstairs 310 system has some small leaks of the evaporator coil and appears to be low on refrigerant system is running at this time, but not well. All 3 systems are original to home and were installed in 2000. Went over repair versus replacement options with homeowner, left an estimate
