16OCT2023 Jason Brown Arrived for blue club fall tune up service. Spoke with homeowner about the systems performance. We don’t really use the heater, I haven’t turned it on this season. Cycled equipment at the thermostat and inspected furnace. Test pressure switch. Closing at -.5 test HSI 56 ohms test inducer .4a test and clean flame sensor. 6.6 MaDC adjusted gas pressure to 3.4 iwc with a 35 degree delta T. Remove blower assembly and inspect heat exchanger. Some rust on cell #1 but no visible cracks and no CO present in air stream. Reassemble equipment and check blower amps and cap. 5a and 4.9 mfd. this system is heating safety and ready for use. Home is equipped with monoxide detection. Filters were replaced within the week and clean.
