I arrived for a new customer no cool call. I first spoke with the homeowner Blake and found that they have two systems, one upstairs and one downstairs. We first inspected the upstairs system and found multiple major issues with the system. We found the duct work to be missing it’s insulation and completely disconnected or mangled to spreads by animals. I we also found the evaporator coil to be non accessible due to the location it’s installed in. The frame work of the roof like in blocking the doors and the system is installed so close to the roof line there is no room to connect duct work to properly. I suggested to have the system and duct work replaced due to the poor condition of the complete system. We then inspected the downstairs system and found the furnace to be located in the basement and the furnace is sitting in about 1/2†to 1†of water. I inspected the evaporator coil and found it to be clean but extremely rusted. The duct work to the downstairs is in fair condit
