Ray F. 7/12/22 Arrived to a new customer no cool service call and the customer met me at the front door. I introduced myself and asked what ac issues he has been experiencing. He stated the ac fan motor having trouble starting so he has been using a blower to help start it. We went to inspect the ac together and found the 7.5 mfd capacitor for the fan motor was reading 1.0. Quoted price for new capacitor and Mike agreed so we replaced it. Checked system operations after replacing capacitor and found the refrigerant levels normal. The contactor, wiring and disconnect are in good condition. Compressor and condenser fan motor amps ok. Offered the blue maintenance program to keep the system in good working order. System is R22. System cooling at this time. Thank you for your business.
