Arrived at the customer’s house to do blue shield club maintenance. Explained to the customer the full description of the service we would be providing today and made sure the customer had no questions before I started. Customer also stated one air flow issue in daughters bedroom. During maintenance I checked all components of the heating system. Checked blower motor, inducer motor, flue, safeties, pressure switch. Also checked heat exchanger, evaporator coil, gas pressure and checked system for carbon monoxide. System is working properly at this time and no repairs needed. While checking ductwork found hot water tank flue disconnected. Did find a few minor issues with system. Recommend to install float switch on evaporator coil. Also gave estimate to address airflow issue in daughters room. Recommend pan treatment for customer as well. Brought up hot water tank flue issue with customer. Customer was aware of the situation and said he would address the issue. Overall system is hea
