No cool. Evaluated system and found tstat to be faulty. Replaced tstat and found new tstat to be bad. Will not come out of compressor time delay even when time delay is set at 0 min. When I remove tstat from wall time delay operates normally, when I put back on wall it goes into time delay. Isaac J- Came out to call for a system not cooling properly. Customer stated that the AC system wasn’t working and we tried an new thermostat. Still had issues with the new thermostat. I checked the system over and found the unit to have a short in the defrost control board. This was causing the thermostat to reset on delay when it called for cooling. I will order the board and come back to replace it. Came out to replace the defrost control board. After replacing the control board I was able to get the AC to click to cooling mode, but it only lasted a few seconds. I checked system over again thoroughly and found the reversing valve solenoid has a short as well. Went over repair vs replace optio
