Silver club heating maintenance. Joe(JC)Ritchal. 01/26/2024 Performed full system evaluation and safety inspection. I arrived to perform a customers annual heater maintenance. The customer didn’t have any questions for me so I went ahead and got started with the maintenance. I took the heat, exchanger and safeties along with the heating components and blower. I also change the filter for the customer with one they provided. I also mentioned to the customer that the system is 13 years old now. I also asked the customer if they were interested in having their hot water tank flushed and they were not interested in that at this time.
