Silver club AC maintenance. Joe(JC)R 04/18/2024 Performed full system evaluation and safety inspection. I arrived to perform the customer’s annual AC maintenance. The customer didn’t have any questions for me so I went ahead and got started with the maintenance. I washed out the condenser, then check the furnace and evaporator coil which were both in good shape and clean. I didn’t check the condenser, which overall was in good shape and running well but I found that the dual run capacitor for the system was extremely weak, and it was surprising that it was able to get the compressor started. I got the go ahead from the customer to replace the capacitor. After replacing the capacitor, I checked out the system again just to make sure that it was running well. I also replaced the filters for the customer. The system is operating correctly at this time..
