AC tune up for Silver club, customer just changed filter, and has been trying to change them monthly. Went in back yard to wash condenser, but had to clear a small tree, vines brush before washing condenser. Also dispatched a 3ft snake that was acting aggressive. The snake was out from the recent heat spike and the current rain storm. Strongly advise clearing more brush around the home if playing or working in back yard. Washed condenser thoroughly, checked dual capacitor and contactor. Checked connections. Went inside and checked blower, evap coil, drain and wiring. Cycled system on and tested refrigerant pressures in low ambient temps due to rain. Checked electrical and temp split. The compressor is going out of range, but is still under warranty. It is rated to run up to 13.6 amps and is amping between 10 and 15.5 amps. Spoke with homeowner about issues found, and options. Left an estimate to replace the compressor as the part is under warranty until April 2025, but the labor is n
