I arrived for a silver member no cool call. I first spoke with the homeowner and found that the system stopped working and the way they go it to come back on was to unplug the indoor furnace and plug it back in. After they did this the system came on and has been cooling for them. I inspected the system and found the condenser to be dirty. I cleaned the condenser and found the system to be running properly. I inspected the indoor system and found the system to be running normally as well. I checked the systems refrigerant charge and amp draws and found no issues. The drain line is clear and it’s about 6-8” in length. I do not see it stopping up due to how short the drain line is. I do not see anything that could resemble the system not running. If the system had a fault it was reset and I cannot make the system fault out again.
