The sevice techs,Scott and Thad arrived promptly were very polite and helpful. We only have the unit a couple of weeks but are very satified. We had gotten serveral estimates and Jack Lehr was the cheapest and we got the most for our money. I highly recommend Jack Lehr.

Great Concern

When the salesman stated the air conditioning unit had no bells or whistles we had no idea the top of the outside unit was open except for a slender frame and has no screen or protection against the elements. We are greatly concerned from a safety and maintenance view. Debris can get trapped and children place their fingers inside where the blades spin. I didn't notice the open unit until after it was installed and the technician had left. How can this be rectified?

The salesman was kind, listened to our needs, didn't seemed to take advantage of us in our situation, tried to expedite the installation of the air conditioning unit and even offered to deliver and install a couple of portable unit is the existing unit fails. We are in the process of selling our home and need the unit installed ASAP.
