Ian did a great job troubleshooting the problem, fixing the problem in a timely manner, and explaining the problem and repair. No issue at all with Ian, he is very good and the only technician I trust. However I am disappointed that I have had a number of issues with this unit that is less than 1 yr old. Hopefully all the problems are now resolved.
