Jackson & Sons is a top notch professional HVAC company that I have been using and relying on for years and have never received anything but excellent service. Their staff is well trained, knowledgeable and friendly.
Spencer was was professional, very knowledgeable and quickly diagnosed and repaired our AC issue. Thanks
This company is exceptionally well- run and staffed. Every Tech we’ve met has been top notch!
I had a new Gas Pack/ HVAC installed and the installation team discovered that a part was not performing properly so they contacted their home office to arrange for Donnie, a highly trained and skilled tech to modify and install a temporary part that night so we would have heat until the replacement part arrived and then to have Donnie install the replacement part and carry out systems checks to ensure that the unit was working at peak performance. Donnie is very knowledgeable, well trained and professional. He explained why the original part was malfunctioning and why it had to be replaced. Donnie is an excellent representative for Jackson and Sons.
Wayne was very professional, knowledgeable, well- trained and friendly. Wayne and a coworker arrived early in the morning on the scheduled installation date. He and the coworker removed my old unit and had my new gas pack/ HVAC installed by mid afternoon. There was a burner part that wasn’t functioning properly so he and the coworker stayed and worked until late afternoon to determine why it wasn’t functioning properly. When the determined the part that needed replacing they contacted their home office and made arrangement to get a temporary part installed that night and the replacement part shipped and installed two days later. Wayne has an excellent work ethic, is a superior service provider, has a “can- do” positive attitude and is an asset to the company.
Ronnie was very professional and personable. He checked over the entire HVAC system, informed us of what he had done and made recommendations re: improving our system and possible future issues. Great Job. He is a very good representative of your company.
Noah explained in layman’s terms and showed in photos what he had checked and performed on our semiannual gas pack system maintenance contract. He was well organized, efficient and friendly.
Response from Jackson & Sons:
Thank you for sharing your kind words with us. It means the world to us and to our entire team!
Great job getting our heat back on and finding the root cause for the system's problem.
Juan was very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and friendly.
Nate and David provided efficient, knowledgeable, informative and friendly HVAC maintenance services on our whole- house gas pack unit. Thanks
Provided duct system replacement quote for upstairs and downstairs systems
Tech inspected duct work, base board heaters, and attic fans. Customer wants to know if we can provide a quote to replace the 2 attic fans, remove the 4 baseboard heaters, and requested a duct work replacement quote for the downstairs and upstairs as separate estimates, duct work is old R4 insulation duct work, main trunk supply line is metal square duct, unit has been replaced but not the duct work. Field supervisor has been notified to provide the duct work replacement quote. Metal trunk line runs between the foundation brick from the add on section to the main house. Customer is interested in adding a dehumidifier, dehumidifier has been mentioned to them by the crawlspace specialist. Base board heaters would not be removed by us, it’ll be more to the electrician. Attic fans have no need due to the roof having ridge venting.
