Tech replaced contactor and installed hard start kit system is operating properly
Tech performed ESA, Tech found hardstart testing outside of specs and recommended replacement to prevent future service call. Tech also found Contactor is pitted and charred making loud humming noise and tech recommended replacement to prevent issues in future. no other issues found system is back on and operating properly at this time.
Tech found system not running due to failed hot surface igniter tech replaced system back up and heating with no challenges.
