Tech returned to replace contactor, 4 burners and ignition control board. Tech found that the 4 original burners are shorter than the truck stock burners. We will need to order four Nutone burners, part number 5186620. Tech cleaned existing burners and flame rod. Replaced ignition board and contactor. Turned power back on and gas pack did not light. Sequence of operations is working correctly, but tech found propane tank missing from the left side of house. Tech left breaker off so ignition control will not lock out. Once customer has propane tank installed and hooked up, unit should heat. Gas and breaker are off to unit. We will need to return to install new burners. Customer will need to call gas company to install and hook up gas tank. Tech collected for all three repairs. Need to return to install prepaid burners.

Tech returned and installed prepaid OEM burners. Turned propane on at valve on top of newly installed tank on the left side of house. Started system up and adjusted inlet pressure to unit to 11.0” WC while running and 11.75” WC while off. Adjusted manifold pressure to burners to 10” WC per rating plate. Tested system without further challenges. System is back heating correctly. Called customer to let him know system is heating.

customer reported blower motor not running during heat mode. reported blower will run with the fan switch on tstat. tech confirmed this at tstat. tech went outside and jumped Rto G at ignition control. compressor, outdoor fan, and blower turned on without a call. tech unplugged contactor and allowed blower only run. X13 blower was running with 2.3 volts between each speed tap and blower common. common on blower had 15 volts to bare metal ground. tech jumped R to W. inducer started, hot surface ignitor glowed, but board did not send 24 volts to ga valve. it did intermittently send 15 volts to valve when it was between attempts to light. tech unplugged al blower leads and jumped transformer hot wire directly to each of the three blowers speeds turned on and off correctly after blower off delay. tech suspect x13 blower motor is operating properly, service history shows we have recommended replacing the four inshot burners and 1.5 pole 30 amps compressor contactor before. burners are
