Tech preformed CMA INSPECTION on 8 Split Systems. Gas Supply has been turned off at building due to renovations on building. Tech verified all furnaces went though safety checks and ignition source. System #1 and System #8 are scheduled to finish installation. System #2 is operating but blower motor is over amping and heat strips have failed, evaporator coil is also in poor condition. Tech recommends replacing system. All other systems are operating correctly at this time. Tech has attached system performance reports to invoice along with pictures.
Tech returned to complete approved repairs. Tech replaced blower control board on Unit 6A, also changed blower capacitor. Tech replaced blower capacitor on Unit 6B. Tech replaced Dual Run capacitor on Condenser #2 and also replaced outdoor fan motor. Tech added 2 lbs of refrigerant to System #7 to satisfy charging chart. Tech did find blower motor on furnace 7B not engaging, after investigating source of issue tech found that safety switch had been tripped, tech reset switch and blower engaged. All units are back up and operating correctly at this time. Tech has attached pictures of completed repairs to invoice.

Tech preformed CMA FULL SERVICE on 8 split systems. System 3 and 8 are down at this time. System 8 is down due to failed contactor. System 3 is down due to failed compressor. Due to age and condition of unit tech recommends replacing system. Tech left both units off at disconnect to prevent further damage. System 1 is operating at this time but both condenser coil and evaporator coil are in poor shape and system is low on refrigerant. Due to age and condition of system tech Recommends replacing system. Systems 4 and 5 are operating correctly at this time. All other units have various minor repairs needed. Tech has attached estimates to invoice along with system performance reports with pictures.
