-Performed CMA Inspection on 10 split system heat pumps, 2 mini split system heat pumps. Verified operation of oven hood exhaust fan and make up air. -Split System 2: Outdoor fan motor capacitor tested weak. Recommend replacement of capacitor. Provided estimate $209.77. Heat strip contactor W circuit was disconnected prior to first maintenance. Left contactor wire disconnected as previously found. -Split System 4: Outdoor fan motor capacitor tested weak. Recommend replacement of capacitor. Provided estimate $214.50. Observed damaged/burnt high voltage wire on heat strip contactor. Recommend wiring repair. Provided estimate $96.41. Disconnected W circuit to prevent risk of high voltage short with call to heat strips. Wire size not stocked on truck to perform immediate repair. -Split System 5: Found rapid flash for error code on control board. Found low voltage call to contactor but no high voltage to unit. Upon arrival tech found system number 1 air handler with power shut off and panel already from maintenance personnel. Tech found blower wheel has slid down shaft causing motor to be stuck and burn up. Tech attempted to adjust blower wheel and restart system but blower motor ran shortly then quit and seized. Tech replaced 1/2HP 1075RPM 3 speed motor after approval from Mr. Jeff at Lumenant. Tech replaced and tested, blower wheel is back up and running properly. System is heating, billing out to Lumenant for repair.
