Replaced indoor Txv system back to cooling
Performed cma full service on 9 split systems, 2 exhaust fans, and 1 make up air unit. System 1: Air handler leaking condensation from cabinet. Found cabinet not level, causing condensation to collect at return side of drain pan and leak out of cabinet instead of exiting via drain line. Recommend leveling of cabinet. Price for labor to be estimated by office. Condenser unit outdoor fan motor capacitor tested weak. Provided estimate for replacement of capacitor $196.98. System 2: No access to clean existing condensate drain line trap. Recommend addition of EZ Trap to properly service drain line. Provided estimate for installation of EZ Trap $138.12. AHU-2 Air handler blower motor capacitor tested weak. Provided estimate for replacement of capacitor $202.65. Condenser unit outdoor fan motor capacitor tested weak. System 2 not cooling due to bad thermostat wire and thermostat. Tech swapped g for black and changed faulty thermostat. System back to cooling suspect clogged drain due to water under system System 3 ( 23124NGY3V) we installed the July 14 2023 was cooling upon arrival this unit serves the nurse station Tech wrote 3 on thermostat. AHU 5 has issue with smoke detector relay , was bypassed upon arrival . Tech verified relay way bad. Serves dinning room Will need Smoke detector company to replace parts and troubleshoot smoke detectection system for unit 5 trane serial ( 183450AN3v) Unit 5 needs a new indoor txv ( 183450AN3v) will also need a 16cu in biflow filter dryer. Unit 4 living room Serial number F221204691 unit drain pan was full of water. Unclogged unit and system back to cooling System 3 which is a new unit which serves front nurses station was cooling as it should, only reason it could not keep up.
