Tech preformed CMA INSPECTION on 7 Split Systems. Split Systems #1 and #3 are still down from previous challenges diagnosed on first CMA Visit. Tech still recommends replacing both systems. Split System #2 does operate but reversing valve is still not functioning properly. Evaporator coil still presents leak. Condenser Fan is still operating over listed FLA. Contactor was stuck not pulling in. Tech freed contractor but once connection was made contactor coil was making loud noise. Tech still recommends replacing system. Split System #5 does operate but still has leaking evaporator coil and rusted out drain pan. Compressor is still testing in caution area. Tech still recommends replacing system. Split System #6 is operating at this time but leak is still present in evaporator coil and drain pan is still cracked. Run capacitor is weak. Heat strip contactor has failed. Tech still recommends replacing system. Split System #7 is operating at this time but Run Capacitor tested weak. Tech rec

Tech found fire alarm wires broke 24v wire from thermostat. Tech ohmed out alarm wire found it not sending the 24v to thermostat tech bypassed the alarm system is heating at this time. Tech informed maintenance guy to call fire alarm company to correct issue.

Tech preformed CMA FULL SERVICE on 7 split systems. Systems #4 and #7 are operating correctly at this time. Systems #1 is not operating. Upon inspection tech found insufficient high voltage going to unit. Tech found disconnect had sufficient power coming in but not going out. Tech found blown fuse in disconnect. Tech then tested compressor and found it was shorted to ground and failed megohm test. Air handler is in need of control board. Blower motor is over amping and in need of capacitor. Due to multiple challenges with condenser unit and air handler, tech recommends replacing system. System #2 is operating at this time. Reversing valve solenoid is failing. Tech disconnected plug to solenoid to get unit in cool mode. Fan motor is also over amping. Evaporator coil has leak.Due to multiple challenges with condenser unit and air handler, tech recommends replacing system. System #3 is not operating. Upon further investigation tech found fan had mechanically failed and caused compressor t
