Tech preformed CMA INSPECTION on 13 Split Systems, 3 Package Heat Pumps, 1 Mini Split System, and 1 Air Makeup Unit, and 1 Exhaust Fan. Split Systems #5, #6, #7, #10, #11 and RTU #3 are still down form previous diagnosis in July of 2023. Proposals were sent on August 4th, 2023. Tech did find multiple issues with Split Systems #12 and #13 and spoke with Jeff Cupp and he requested proposals be sent for these two systems aswell. Upon inspection of RTU #1 tech found blower capacitor extremely weak not allowing blower motor to operate correctly and limiting airflow which in return caused compressor to short cycle due to pressure limits. Short cycles of system caused Dual Run capacitor to become weak aswell. Tech was approved over phone to replace capacitor to further investigate short cycling in system. Tech believes air flow is still the cause of system short cycling, Tech recommends Demand Tech to further investigate. Upon inspection of RTU #2 tech found blower capacitor weak. Capacitor
Tech preformed CMA FULL SERVICE on 13 split systems, 3 package units, 1 mini split, 1 exhaust fan and 1 air makeup unit. Split systems 5,6,7,10 and 11 are down due to various challenges listed on system performance reports. RTU #3 is down aswell due to leaking coil and being void of refrigerant. Mini split system is operating but not cooling due to possible low refrigerant. Tech recommends replacement of all previous mentioned systems. All other systems are operating but in need of minor repairs. Tech has attached estimates of repairs needed for each system to invoice. Tech has also attached system performance reports with pictures to invoice.
