Tech performed ESA on one system. Found dual run capacitor testing weak, recommended replacing. Quoted $398.54 for Turbo capacitor. Did not have two 14x24x1 filters on truck. Added union to drain line to properly clean. Also recommended adding primary float switch. Quoted $184.07 plus tax. Customer did not extend PSA at todays visit. System is cooling properly.
Tech was informed system was not operating tech found a fuse was blown tech tested components did not find any shorts at this time. Tech installed new fuse system is operating properly tech cycled system with thermostat no issues at this time. Tech informed customer on findings and educated benefit of maintenance plan customer invested in premium plan. Spanish speaking only. Big dog
Performed ESA, no issues at todays visit. Found ez trap cap was left unplugged from last visit. Tech put cap back on to ensure no condensate drain issues in the future. Recommended attic tent for pull down ladder due to unit constantly running. Thermostat has been picking up the hot air from attic. Also recommended surge protection. Wants to talk to wife before making a decision.
Performed PTU, unit is only 5 years of age but was very dirty. Tech washed and serviced unit. No issues at todays visit. Homeowner invested in PSA.
Tech serviced and washed unit. Found signs of rust and corrosion on evap coil but, no leaks at the time of service. Found no further challenges.
Tech found drain line not draining. Quoted same estimate as last visit. drain is in a U shape under the house and EZ trap needs to be installed. Tech supported drain line and replaced trap and float switch. System is now draining properly.
Tech serviced and washed unit. Found no challenges at this time.unit looked well overall and everything tested exactly how it should. No renewal today customer stated they would call when they were ready. Tech had a very pleasant experience at this service.
Upstairs system. Tech found a tripped SS2 switch which is located in the primary drain line between the airhandler and the P-Trap. Tech flushed out the drain and observed for proper draining. Positive pressure airhandler has no vent after the P-trap, costumer has had history on the drain being a challenge. Tech looked at the drain line the crawlspace and does appear to have a section where it is not supported, which is causing the drain to go slightly uphill as it gets near the exit point, tech also recommends having a EZ-trap installed. Findings and recommendations where informed to the homeowner and tech provided an estimate for the EZ-trap. Costumer will call when they are ready to move forward with the recommendation. Drain line about a positive pressure system will be informed will be to the office for review. System was draining upon departure but liable to trip again. Both prices are on the same estimate.
Priced two mini splits for two seperate rooms upstairs. Has to speak with wife before project starts
Performed ESA, homeowner extended ESA. Homeowners wanted to diagnose upstairs and contact a field supervisor to come out. Tech found upstairs system void of refrigerant and compressor going out. Field supervisor came out a gave quote and wants to hold off. Downstairs system is operating correctly at this time.
Emailed proposal to replace bonus room system. Customer does not use bonus room so he doesn’t know if he wants to replace at this time.
