Had to call first thing on a Monday morning to have someone come check my ac unit as it stopped working suddenly. Tyler was at my front door within an hour and a half and got my unit back working quickly. Very nice person and answered all questions had to where someone who knows nothing about ac units can understand lol. Every tech that has came out has been wonderful and very helpful. Glad I made that choice to go with them for our hvac needs.

My thermostat was completely blank, and I had no heat. Of course, this occurred on a Sunday!! Tyler solved the problem and was thorough, courteous, knowledgeable, and professional.
Firstly, 5 stars for Randy! Randy is awesome and I would gladly have him back to service our equipment anytime! I have been time and again, disgusted with the pricing provided for the most basic of repairs. In the past I've been charged over $100 for something as cheap as a capacitor. I asked Randy to provide me a price for a replacement thermostat yesterday as one of our units controllers has failed to run off the provided 24V and will only run off battery. No surprise the cost of the thermostat is 300% above retail value. If you have a PM contract with someone and a technician finds something as simple as a cap or thermostat on site during a PM, give the customer back the value of the money they spend with you on the PM by giving them the price at retail or with a minor markup. I would have gladly approved a $75 expense for a stat I bet you get at $40-50. Stop being so damn greedy.
The Jackson and Sons crew was very efficient, I ordered the Unit on Thursday, and it was delivered and installed on Friday. Very professional and efficient, as always.
