Tech came and was very professional and made very good suggestions to make sure my unit was good to go
This is the second time I’ve worked with Caleb for pricing out a new AC. He was on time and communicated well before actually arriving to confirm time and expectations. He is always straightforward, honest, personable, and respectful. It is the company practice to cover the shoes when coming in the house, even when I say it’s not necessary. He provided a detailed quote before leaving. It was a thoroughly pleasant experience.
Chris was awesome! He’s personable and he is very knowledgeable about all things plumbing! I wish we could’ve used him for our problem, but he was able to point us in the right direction!
Professional and courteous, all my questions were well answered and the issue was resolved promptly.
My service today was great! The technician came in and identified areas of improvement.

Believe there may be a drain line leak causing the downstairs ceiling to have leaking issues. To repair the exact location of the leak, we will need to cut into the sheet rock in the ceiling upstairs as it appears to occur only when water is used. Gave estimate will call when get up with insurance she want to star with re seal drain in tub told her I could not guarantee that was her problem

Found system void of refrigerant. Compressor inoperable. Provided estimate for high level leak search. Due to age of system, type of refrigerant, anticipated cost of leak search and recharge, potentially high cost of leak repair, and likelihood of further system challenges, recommend replacement of system. -Right (From Front) Tstat Back System - 2001 Lennox Gas Package System: Due to age of system, type of refrigerant, and likelihood of system challenges, customer should consider replacement of system. -Summary: Rear system controlled by right thermostat currently working correctly but is very aged. Has a 80 gallon natural gas a.o smith water heater located in basement
Tech found unit door open and switched off. Unit has been down for 2 years. Tech turned system on and tested and found blower not running. Tech found 24 v at g. Tech bypassed the board and found blower running but wheel was shaking. Tech found there was no screw in blower compartment and thread was stripped. Tech quoted replacing board and wheel. Tech recommends replacing unit due to age (26 years old), cost of repair and likeliness that something else will fail soon as well. After reviewing history, it appears there was a gas leak at the same unit previously as well. Tech found the other unit in that are was set to heat not cool. Customer agreed to quote for replacement, field supervisor notified. Unit is in mechanical room labeled unit 5.
