Our HVAC system went out this past Saturday. I called Jackson and Sons, who had a technician at my home very quickly! Unfortunately I need a whole new system, they had a sales consultant here Monday, he gave me options, I chose one, and entire system was installed next day! The technicians who did the install were polite, courteous, worked quickly, tested everything, and cleaned everything up! I was very impressed with the entire team and the experience!!

Homeowner is going to discuss renewal with wife. Tech found no difficulties at this time.
Replaced and defrost control board, installed a surge protector, replaced a heat strip contactor, and upgraded the thermostat to a digital, focus pro 5000. Majority of the supply vents are closed and recommended the homeowner to repair them and open them up to not restrict the airflow and cause abnormal refrigerant pressures. Tech also finished ESA on the main split system. System is back heating.
Spoke with customer over phone, wants unit repaired at this time.
Tech found no difficulties at this time with mini split. Tech found main unit control board fried and heat strip contactor melted. System is out of warranty homeowner want field supervisor to come out next week. (Call Monday to schedule). Homeowner very interested in single condenser double head mini split on main house. Homeowner also wants surge protection built in proposal with unit installation (No matter mini split or regular unit. Wants surge). Tech did not service main unit. Homeowner used visit on mini split.
Homeowner was not home during service tech found no difficulties at this time. Need to return to finish inside.
Upon arrival customer stated neither system seemed to be keeping up with the heat. Upstairs - technician performed maintenance and while working on air handler discovered a leak in the evaporator coil, this seems to be the issue with the system not keeping up. No other challenges were found on this system. Collected 149 plus tax for this maintenance. Downstairs - technician turned down thermostat in order to get system to come on. When tech went around to package unit, it was not coming on. Technician checked voltage to the system and it was 245. Technician tested call from common to yellow compressor wire and it was good. However, when tech attempted to jump out system it would not come on. Technician alerted office and they will contact customer to schedule a senior technician. No tune up charged for this system. Technician collected 149 plus tax for this job.

FOUND FALED DUAL RUN CAPACITOR. CUSTOMER DECLINED REPAIRS/ESA.
FOUND R WIRE DISCONNECTED INSIDE AIR HANDLER. RE-CONNECTED AND PROGRAMMED TSTAT. SYSTEM UP AND COOLING.
Upon arrival tech found condensing unit not running, tech found primary float switch tripped at air handler. Tech thoroughly cleaned drain line, also re glued trap fittings. System is back up and running and draining properly. Collected $87.00 plus tax by card per Housecall fee.
Upon arrival tech found indoor temp at 80 degrees cool setpoint was 72. Upon inspection tech found suction line froze all the way to condensing unit, evaporator coil was frozen as well. After defrosting tech found leak in evaporator coil. Field supervisor came out to verify. Collected $87.00 plus tax per Housecall fee.
