Tech performed CMA full service on 3 gas package units, 2 make up air units, and 4 exhaust fans. Upon inspection tech found the spark igniter wire on RTU #1 was severed and will not heat. Technician has confirmed repairs are scheduled. Tech has attached system performance reports to this invoice.
Replaced smoke detector. Confirmed wiring with Derek. New smoke detector is shutting down unit when tripped, relay on detector and red led are chattering even on new detector while tripped. Led is not solid red on while tripped. Tech suspects older thermostat wire between remote switch and unit. System is cooling and detector is not currently tripped. Per Derek, left unit cooling as is. Install warranty.
Tech found newly installed RTU3 kitchen unit cooling normally. Tech applied anti corrosion treatment to both micro channel coils and allowed to dry for 30 minutes per instruction on can. Restored power to new kitchen unit. RTU2 had a 24 volt call from thermostat for cooling, but neither blower, fan motors, nor compressors are running due to ESTOP switch open. Bypassed ESTOP for testing. Circuit 2 compressor has been converted from R22 to MO99 R438A and has only 90 psi of standing pressure. No liquid refrigerant. Circuit 2 holds 13 lbs of R22. Confirmed circuit 2 nearly void of MO99. Circuit 1 runs, but tech estimates circuit about 10 lbs low on R22. Holds 25 lbs of R22. Leak searching RTU2 would be $367.49. Repairing system would take 38 lbs of R22. System replacement is recommended. Tech found ESTOP on RTU1 open as well. Tech bypassed for testing and found system cooling normally. R22 pressures are in specs on circuit 1. Circuit 2 has been converted to MO99 and appears to be cool
