Noah Carter was awesome. He came and got my AC back up and running .
The technicians are always knowledgeable and polite when they come to our home. They give us a heads up on things to watch out for based on the age of our system and what they notice upon inspection.

Great customer service. Called for a heating issue and showed up in an hour. Technician found the capacitor was bad, explained all my options and had my heat up and running in minutes.
Our technician, Brett, was thorough, kind, and knowledgeable! He inspected our unit, indoor and outdoor, and even let me know about some issues unrelated to the HVAC (frozen water hose, etc). He was a pleasure to work with!
William was professional, courteous and informative. If it rubbed to me he’d get a raise Monday morning great job thank you.

Emailed quote to replace 2 ton condenser, furnace, and coil
Upon arrival, customer informed tech that the system has a leaking evaporator coil, as discovered by a tech in previous visit. Customer requested a quote to replace system. Tech examined system to discover any other major issues and found general age and condition to be the biggest factor in this system’s failure. Advised customer to not replace evaporator coil on account of its age.
Tech returned and replaced duct line. System back up and cooling.
Tech returned and reconfigured wiring for new fan motor. System is now operating normally.
Tech found expired 45/5 capacitor upon arrival and replaced for further diagnosis. Found condenser fan motor rotating in reverse (see videos), causing high pressure. Checked voltage exiting defrost board for fan control and ensured fan is wired correctly. Checked amp draw on heat strips to ensure system wasn’t calling for auxiliary heat (see photos). Tech replaced condenser fan motor and manually reversed rotation via wire configuration. System is running normally at this time.
