Great customer service. Called for a heating issue and showed up in an hour. Technician found the capacitor was bad, explained all my options and had my heat up and running in minutes.

Great Technician!

Our technician, Brett, was thorough, kind, and knowledgeable! He inspected our unit, indoor and outdoor, and even let me know about some issues unrelated to the HVAC (frozen water hose, etc). He was a pleasure to work with!

Tech performed maintenance per service agreement. Tech found drain line for dehumidifier clogged upon arrival. Tech flushed line and checked sump pump. Line is clear and sump pump is operational. Tech replaced one 20 x 20 x 1 filter and dehumidifier filter after homeowners approval. Homeowner renewed one system ESA and paid for dehumidifier filter at $364.92 via check. System is operating properly at this time.

Tech found power to induce draft motor was present but motor was not operating hot to the touch and tech could hear ignition control board calling for heat but induced draft motor would not turn on. Emily lives in Alaska in different time zone tech spoke with neighbor and informed her of findings and cost she will try to reach Emily to get approval. Emily did approve will call office for payment. Once replaced system started up no issues

Tech performed ESA on 1 system. Tech found blower capacitor testing weak at 11.7 rated for 15 mfd+-6%. Homeowner declined replacement today. Tech found no other challenges with air handler. Tech found outdoor fan motor amping at its peak threshold, rated for .94 amps, amping at .94 on black wire and .97 on purple wire. Tech informed homeowner of findings, homeowner is moving this year, plans to not make repairs unless something fails. System back up and running upon departure.

Tech found evaporator coil leaking on top right corner uploaded video to service titan also checked compressor and was reading in the red around 20 informed homeowner of issues set up mandatory for Tuesday to verify and give best solution. Did not go inside tenant was not home but homeowner was he did not have access to inside of home. Spoke to homeowner on plan informed and have options wants to do the same as other property and pay as go Collected 211.37 via card.
