Performed PTU, homeowner invested in ESA 1 visit a year. Homeowner also had a coupon for $30 off and discounted the original price.
Tech found compressor was in locked rotor amps tech checked capacitor and found capacitor well within specs tech informed customer on finding and compressor meged red. Tech called office for field supervisor to come give best solution field supervisor is scheduled to come out at a later time.
Upon arrival tech found no 24v call for cooling at condensing unit. Tech inspected air handler and found float switch tripped breaking Y call due to clogged drain line. Tech cleared drain line and reset float switch. System is back up and cooling. Tech also performed PTU on system after customer request. Tech thoroughly cleaned system, found no challenges at this time. System is operating properly, photos and forms on file. Tech collected $251.93 by card.
