Tech found heat mode head pressure on new outdoor unit 2 near 640 psi on new Trane condenser. Compressor is overamping. Switched to cooling mode and found system is overcharged. Joy reports we did not install this outdoor unit. Tech called Laine P and quoted $367.49 to recover 1-3 lbs of refrigerant. She declined. Needs to talk to her boss. Tech let her know that we will need to charge a service call to return to the beach if she wants us to correct refrigerant charge at a later time. Both systems are heating and cooling.
