-Returned to replace time delay relay & control board per prior approval as recommended Sep 2023. Tech was provided with defrost control board, not time delay board. -Diagnosis on Sep 22, 2023: Found no call at new contactor on compressor circuit. Verified voltage from transformer and call from thermostat. Time delay relay board not operating as intended, therefore not providing 24v call on Y circuit to contactor. Temporarily bypassed time delay relay board to provide operation of system. Recommend replacement of time delay relay & board. -System is still not operational per diagnosis Nov 27, 2023: Found circuit breaker for air handler tripped upon arrival. Found thermostat had wrong setting for reversing valve. Was cooling in heat mode and heating in cool mode. Corrected setting and verified modes of operation. Supply damper fuse links caused dampers to close at 10 locations. Recommend replacement of damper fuse links. Causing a complete lack of air flow in system. System to be left
