Had a/c and furnace replaced. The work was done in a timely manner, prices were very reasonable, and the techs were very friendly, professional, and good at explaining everything they had done. All previous maintenance I've had done by Jacobs was the same experience. Overall excellent service.

My ac went out during the heat wave and I woke up sweating. I called 3 local businesses and Jacobs was the lower price and said they would be quickest to get to my house. I’ve never had an issue with my unit so this was my first time having it serviced, and I’m so glad my friend recommended I call Jacobs. Alfredo arrived less than 3 hours after I called and was earlier than estimated by the office. He was courteous, engaging and very helpful. He was honest about what services my ac needed, but not pushy on selling it. My ac was fixed in about an hour with a cleaning. Hopefully it stays working for awhile longer, but if anything else happens I’m calling Jacobs.
