On Thursday I scheduled an appointment for a service call and the next morning the company sent their technician out to troubleshoot why the furnace kept shutting off before heating the house to the specified temp set on the thermostat. After running a series of tests for nearly an hour before tracking it down, Doug was able to find a clogged hose that alleviated the problem. Even better, I was only charged the $80 service call.
