Jacobs has been servicing our 18 year old Trane for some years. When it began to get older and fail, they worked with us until we could get a newer Trane. It seems to be very efficient and easy to set. They wore masks and shoe covers, moved the washer, etc. and put everything back in place. We definitely recommend.
