Tried three or four other HVAC companies with great disappointment for various reasons. Jacobs responded to inquiries immediately and satisfied all questions. Renata handled our appointment and was very obliging. She even called twice to remind us of our appointment. She was always very pleasant and helpful. I corresponded with Jim prior to choosing Jacobs. He was very helpful as well. Eli showed up right on time. He was very thorough in servicing our geothermal unit. He looked and cleaned and checked where others never did. He found a couple bad capacitors and an arcing contactor. I figured he'd have to order parts and come back.....Nope! He had the parts on his truck along with the proper filter size for my unit. Eli showed me everything he did and explained the costs. Nice job Eli!
